These Terms & Conditions govern bookings, ticket use, baggage, and travel with Hilaac Air Express. They are summarized from the company profile and operating guidance for transparency and ease of reference.

Bookings & Tickets

  • Ticket type: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Amendments: Changes are subject to an amendment fee of $30 per ticket plus any fare difference.
  • Change cutoff: Amendments must be made at least 72 hours before departure.
  • No-show: No-show tickets are not refundable.
  • Name & ID: Passenger name must match government ID/passport. Carry valid travel documents and any required visas.

Check-in & Boarding

  • Arrival time (local flights): Arrive at least 2 hours before departure.
  • Arrival time (international): Arrive at least 3 hours before departure.
  • Counter close: Check-in counters close 1 hour before departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding.
  • Boarding: Follow gate instructions. Boarding may close 20–30 minutes prior to departure.

General rules

  • Oversize/overweight items may incur additional fees and require advance approval.

Safety & Conduct

  • Follow all crew instructions at all times for your safety and that of others.
  • Abusive behavior, intoxication, or interference with crew may lead to denial of carriage or legal action.
  • We may refuse transport to passengers not complying with safety, immigration, or health requirements.

Schedule Changes & Liability

  • Schedule changes: Flight times/routes may change due to operational or regulatory reasons. We will endeavor to notify affected passengers using the contact details provided at booking.
  • Delays & cancellations: Remedies (rerouting, credit, or refunds where applicable) are handled per fare rules and local regulations.
  • Liability limits: Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the conditions of carriage.
